Getting started with VUITY®
VUITY® is a once-daily prescription eye drop to help you see up close.
VUITY® can be used 1x or 2x daily as directed
by your doctor. Use 1 drop of VUITY® in each
eye 1x daily. You can use VUITY® a second
time (1 additional drop in each eye)
3 to 6 hours after your first drop.
If you use other types of eye drops,
be sure to wait at least 5 minutes
between drops.
If you use contacts, remove them,
then use 1 drop of VUITY® in each
eye, and wait 10 minutes before
putting your lenses back in.
How does VUITY® work?
VUITY® works by reducing your pupil size. It contracts certain muscles in the eye to help you see up close.

How long will
VUITY® last?
Studies showed that VUITY® 1x daily improved near vision on Day 30, three hours after treatment. In some patients, improvement lasted for up to 6 hours.
In another study, patients used 1 additional drop in each eye 6 hours after the first drop that extended the duration for up to 9 hours at Day 14. Individual results will vary.
What are the most common side effects of VUITY®?
The most common side effects are:
