What is Presbyopia?
Our eyes change as we age. These age related changes can lead to Blurry Near Vision also known as presbyopia. The lenses of our eyes become harder and less flexible, making it more difficult to see up-close.
Presbyopia can be diagnosed by an eye doctor (ophthalmologist / optometrist).

VUITY™ is the first and only FDA-approved prescription eye drop for the treatment of presbyopia in adults.
For patients with presbyopia, VUITY™ improves your ability to see up close while maintaining distance vision. The recommended dose is one drop once daily in each eye. If more than one topical eye medication is being used, administer at least 5 minutes apart.
An eye doctor (ophthalmologist/optometrist) can prescribe VUITY™.
VUITY™ EFFICACY AND SAFETY
VUITY™ is an FDA-approved prescription eye drop to treat age-related Blurry Near Vision (a condition called presbyopia) in adults. In studies, VUITY™ improved near vision without compromising distance vision.
In studies, VUITY™ improved near vision without compromising distance vision. This was measured by the proportion of patients achieving a 3-line gain or more reading a near vision eye chart without losing more than 1 line in a distance vision eye chart at Day 30, 3 hours after dosing.
VUITY™ is not intended to replace other options for presbyopia.
Patients who had LASIK were included in the study. Talk to your eye doctor to find out if VUITY™ is right for you.
VUITY™ should be used with caution in night driving and other hazardous activities in poor light. Temporary problems when changing focus between near and distant objects may occur. Do not drive or use machinery if vision is not clear. Talk to your eye doctor.
HOW TO USE VUITY™
The recommended dose is one drop in each eye once per day.
Yes. Remove your contact lenses prior to using VUITY™, then wait 10 minutes after dosing before putting them back in.
If more than one eye drop medication is being used, administer at least 5 minutes apart. Talk to your eye doctor about the medications you are taking before using VUITY™.
After opening, VUITY™ can be used until the expiration date on the bottle. If your medicine has expired, it may not provide the treatment you need. Talk to your pharmacist or eye doctor for specific advice.
VUITY™ should be stored at room temperature at 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F). After opening, VUITY™ can be used until the expiration date on the bottle.

Sign up at MyVuityPoints.com to determine eligibility, register, and receive your My VUITY™ Points (MVP) card. Print, download, or save the card to your phone or mobile device. Present your MVP card to your pharmacist each time you fill your prescription.
You can use your MVP card at your pharmacy.
As soon as you qualify for a reward, you can redeem points at your pharmacy. When you earn enough points, you can choose to redeem your points to reduce the cost of your next VUITY™ prescription ($10 (10 points), $20 (20 points), $40 (30 points), Free VUITY™ bottle (40 points)).
Yes, you will still earn points when you redeem a reward. Make sure you show both your MVP card and your reward to your pharmacy.
Yes, you will receive points for each bottle. Show your card at your pharmacy each time you fill a VUITY™ prescription.
Once you’ve earned 40 points (enough for a FREE VUITY™ bottle), you may not earn additional points until you’ve redeemed a reward.
MVP points have no expiration date; however, AbbVie reserves the right to discontinue the program at its discretion.
Points will appear in your account within 48 hours after your VUITY™ prescription has been shipped or picked up. After this time, if your points still have not appeared, you can submit a claim via MyVuityPoints.com
